Job Description
Performs the functions of a Medical Assistant on a routine basis. In addition, also performs functions of a clerical nature per the needs of the ambulatory clinic site. Performs a variety of assigned duties which promote a safe and organized environment for the delivery of services to children and their families within the ambulatory clinic setting. High school education or equivalent. Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program. AAMA Medical Assistant certification and one year related medically related experience is preferred. Pediatric experience and experience in administering immunizations and other injections preferred. Ability to perform data entry at 5500 KSPH preferred.
Additional Posting Description
Hours will be deteremined upon hire, range from a 7am-8am start time and 4pm-5pm end time, no weekend or Holidays. This job requires that the MA would be willing to float to other areas within Ambulatory, if requested.
