Position Title: Detailer/Plisher
Department: Operations
Reports to: Location Manager
Position Summary:
The Detailer is responsible for supporting a positive customer experience by effectively cleaning and preparing repaired vehicles for customer delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Detail and clean vehicle for customer delivery: Washing exterior of the vehicle and cleaning interior of vehicle to remove all cleanliness issues caused during the repair process.
- Training: Complete assigned training through Collision University, on the job training as assigned.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Job duties/Job description may be adjusted or added based on the needs of the business or at management discretion
Requirements:
- Must have color sand and polish experience
- Must have previous auto body detailing experience
- Valid drivers' license required.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Willing and able to pass a thorough background check.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Self-Motivated.
