Job Description
A well-established company specializing in modular building rentals and sales, is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to perform a variety of administrative functions in our Chino sales office.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage project budget by properly managing projects from design/build-out to occupancy
- Manage project resource allocation
- Plan and schedule project timelines, CPM scheduling, 3 week look-ahead
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools, material submittal packages, project submittals
- Provide direction and support to project team
- Quality assurance prior units leaving Inventory Center or Manufacturing Facilities
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Project evaluations and assessment of results
- Project daily reports, JSA Safety. AHA Safety procedures
- Project punchlist execution within budget
- Change order analysis
- RFQ for upcoming projects from vendors, materials and scope of work
- Adhere to safety attire and guidelines and implement on employees
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation (Material Requisition, Material Pricing, Vendor Management).
- Liaise with Sean to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
- Liaise with Corporate Officers on projects tracking operational budgets to detour loss and promote profitability.
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of production to ensure smooth progress with Production Supervisors.
- Ensure workplace safety is being enforced.
- Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.
- Create and revise policies and promote their implementation within all departments.
- Promote work ethic and enforce employee corrective action.
Build company wide moral to promote employee loyalty, superb workmanship and retention of valued employees.
Competencies/Skills Required:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing multiple and high level priorities simultaneously
- Read drawings and specs
- Material take-off of drawings
- Submittal packages
- Proficient in outlook, excel, word, power point
- Self-starter who is willing to make decisions and communicate them to management
- Provide consistent work from one project to the next
- The ability to question and problem solve information provided including photographs, drawings, etc. as it relates to the scope of the project.
- The ability to take direction (from upper management) and directly communicate with Business Development Manager and co-workers
- Work independently on a project until completion
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment and move from one project to another
Experience/Education Required/Desired:
- Qualification in project management or equivalent
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
- Direct work experience in project management capacity
- Proven experience in people management * Proven experience in strategic planning
- Proven experience in risk management
- Proven experience in change management
- Proficient in project management software
- High school diploma or G.E.D, required .
- Post high school course work or equivalent experience required relating to the mastery of computer/office systems skills required.

Pay: $51,344.39 - $70,000.00 per year
