We are the Original Cookie Delivery Company and make the best cookies in the state of Utah! We are hiring a new Bakery Supervisor. Come join our young fun start-up as a Bakery Supervisor and go home smelling like cookies!! This amazing opportunity for Supervisor includes overseeing daily operations in our location. This is a part-time position working 3-5 days a week. Must be able to work Friday and Saturday, and Sundays

Available shift: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm & 4:00 pm - 12:30 am

Minimum Qualifications:

· Must be 18 or older

· High School Diploma/ GED

· Supervisor/Shift Lead experience 2 years required

· Previous manager on duty/shift lead experience preferred in the food industry

· Ability to manage & motivate bakers and delivery drivers

· Strong Customer service skills

· Strong leadership skills, ability to direct, guide, coach and hold employees accountable

· Basic experience with Microsoft suite

Duties & Responsibilities

· Supervise shifts for bakers and delivery drivers

· Create and manage employee schedules

· Train bakers and delivery drivers

· Ensure team members are working efficiently and up to Chip standards

· Ensure amazing customer service

· Manage store cleanliness and organization
