Position Overview: We seek a Dual-Licensed Spa Manager licensed in massage therapy and esthetics. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to high-quality client care, and the ability to effectively manage the spa's daily operations. You will oversee the staff, ensure excellent customer service, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily spa operations, including staff management, scheduling, and inventory control.

· Perform spa services such as massages, facials, and body treatments as needed.

· Conduct consultations to understand client needs and preferences.

· Provide professional advice on skincare and wellness products.

· Ensure a clean, organized, and serene treatment environment.

· Adhere to spa policies, procedures, and safety standards.

· Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

· Train and mentor staff to maintain high service standards.

· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.

· Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively.

Qualifications:

· 3-5 years of spa management experience, preferably in a boutique or luxury hotel setting.

• Must hold current and valid licenses in massage therapy and esthetics in the state of Colorado.

· Proven experience working as a spa therapist.

· Strong knowledge of various massage techniques.

· Excellent communication, strong leadership, and customer service skills.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

· Passionate about the wellness industry and committed to continuous learning.

· Proficient in spa management software and basic financial management.

Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

Compensation:

· Competitive hourly rate with a 30% commission on services provided.

· 10% commission on product sales.
