Position Overview:

As a Recruiting Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in this mission by leading our recruitment efforts to attract top talent, support their growth, and provide opportunities for advancement within our organization.


You'll lead a dynamic recruiting team, guiding them to execute strategies that not only deliver volume, velocity, and quality-aligned candidates but also foster an environment of growth and development. Your role isn't just about filling positions; it's about building careers and creating pathways for success.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Empowerment through Recruitment: Lead and mentor our recruiting team to source, select, and develop top talent while fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion.
  • Growth-Oriented Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment plans that support long-term employee growth and career progression, collaborating closely with department leaders.
  • Partnership and Collaboration: Cultivate strong relationships with external recruitment partners aligned with our values, leveraging their resources to enhance our efforts.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive optimization of recruitment processes, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team.
  • Representation and Branding: Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our employer brand and showcasing opportunities for growth at recruitment events and conferences.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (5 years) leading a high performing team(s) with specific measurable deliverables and a track record of success in leadership roles. Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to empower and develop a high-performing recruiting team.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, selection, and employer branding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Experience managing relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize recruitment processes.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices and initiatives.
  • Proficiency in recruitment technology and systems, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing platforms.

  • Moderate work occasionally working in difficult position and/or with physical demands such as continuously lifting/moving materials from 25 to 50 pounds and occasionally lifting/moving materials greater than 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time.
