Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities
- Empowerment through Recruitment: Lead and mentor our recruiting team to source, select, and develop top talent while fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion.
- Growth-Oriented Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment plans that support long-term employee growth and career progression, collaborating closely with department leaders.
- Partnership and Collaboration: Cultivate strong relationships with external recruitment partners aligned with our values, leveraging their resources to enhance our efforts.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive optimization of recruitment processes, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team.
- Representation and Branding: Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our employer brand and showcasing opportunities for growth at recruitment events and conferences.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5 years) leading a high performing team(s) with specific measurable deliverables and a track record of success in leadership roles. Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to empower and develop a high-performing recruiting team.
- Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, selection, and employer branding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Experience managing relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors.
- Analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize recruitment processes.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices and initiatives.
- Proficiency in recruitment technology and systems, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing platforms.
