We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a diverse set of maintenance skills and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing drywall, painting, and fixing doors
- Conduct electrical repairs and installations
- Fabricate and weld as needed
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment
- Handle customer service requests promptly and professionally
- Interpret schematics and logic controllers
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work orders
- Provide leadership on maintenance projects
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Electrical skills including working with logic controllers
- Ability to weld and fabricate as required
- Experience with CMMS is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
