Job Description:
We are seeking a HVAC Technician to join our team! This is an hourly position, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. The ideal candidate will be experienced in the commercial HVAC industry and have a strong mechanical background. You will be working with a team of other technicians to repair and maintain commercial HVAC systems and equipment.
Duties:
- Inspect, test, repair, install, and maintain commercial HVAC systems and equipment.
- Test equipment before installation to ensure proper system operation.
- Install new equipment and repair or replace damaged equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment.
- Maintain work area by cleaning, organizing, and scheduling activities.
- Perform minor repairs on equipment such as replacing parts or buttons on a system, adjusting valves, or fixing minor electrical issues.
- Communicate with customers to provide professional advice and customer service on all aspects of their systems and equipment.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Skills:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while still being able to perform all required daily tasks.
- Familiarity with basic electrical mechanical principles.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and schematics to install adjust install new electrical components or fixtures.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems by identifying causes, evaluating solutions, developing action plans, following procedures, and completing required documentation in an organized manner.
- Ability to use basic hand tools such as pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, and hammers.
- Ability to use power tools such as drill press or saws as required for installation or removal of components or fixtures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $50.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:

- Driver's License (Preferred)
