Chipton-Ross is seeking a Fitness Benefits Specialist for a hybrid contract opportunity in Englewood, CO.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Seeking a Well Being Benefits Specialist to be the first line of contact for direct site Fitness & Well Being Delivery and face to face employee engagement of approximately 1000 employees at the site. Primary statement of work includes management and day to day operations and support of onsite fitness center, including member services, outreach and equipment instruction and site well being delivery. Plan, oversee, communicate, coordinate and deliver enterprise Well Being programs, campaigns and events at the site in alignment with company wellness initiatives. Support and grow leadership and employee engagement (e.g. Site communications, Manager outreach, Site events, Employee referrals, Enterprise events) Frequent, high touch support of wellness benefits communication to employees (e.g. delivering group presentations to employees and managers and leading activities that promote the three pillars of overall health: physical, financial, and emotional well-being.) A successful candidate will care for and strive to improve the overall well-being, quality of life and productivity of employees and their families. Cross-functional collaboration and ad hoc support of HR business and project needs, including direct support and contribution to HR and Well Being Delivery operational project and process improvements, as needed. Will also be called upon to research, respond to, and resolve inquiries and problems of various complexities referring to established precedents and policies regarding wellness benefit issues and concerns.
REQUIREMENTS:
6 years of fitness center delivery and/or operations
Work experience within corporate Total Rewards and/or Well Being Delivery/company wellness is heavily - preferred

EDUCATION:
Accredited education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master 4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
Education/experience/certification in health, wellness, community health, physical/exercise science or related field
PART TIME/ WORK HOURS: 07:00AM-04:30PM
Part Time: 20 hours a week - Flexible schedule fitness center support - ONSITE one day morning shift and one day afternoon shift and one day midday shift. Could be 20-25% remote work.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $39.00 per hour
