Job Summary:
Chloeta is seeking one (1) Registered Nurses in Tsalie, AZ. Clinic hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday (closed on holidays). The contract can be either short-term, 13 weeks, or long-term, one (1) to (3) three years.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Interviews and examines patients, reviews past medical history, and requests and/or performs complex diagnostic tests necessary to obtain information related to each case.
- Makes preliminary and comprehensive diagnosis, direct, prescribes or provides treatment, or arranges for specialized care or patient referral as required.
- Conducts outpatient clinic making observations appropriate to the outpatient's underlying disease and treatment plan. Modifies regimen as indicated.
- Reviews patient's medication, diet, therapy course, adherence to management plan and patient observations.
- Performs or assists other physicians in the performance of minor surgery.
- Coordinates care with specialists both within and outside the Health Center.
- Provides emergency care as required.
- Assures preparation of appropriate medical records for all patients.
Education and Experience:
- Required: Possess thirty‐six (36) months of nursing experience, with a minimum of twelve months (12) in the specialty.
- Required: Possess bachelor's degree in nursing through an accredited program in the U.S.A.
- Required: Possess a current, valid, unrestricted nursing license in any state, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a Territory of the United States, throughout the term of this contract. License verification must be provided at the time of application.
- Required: Maintain valid and current certification and provide proof at the time of application in the following:
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR),
- Basic Life Support (BLS),
- Advance Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
- Required: Possess and maintain a current driver's license or ID in any state.
- Required: Provide three (3) professional references at the time of application.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to withstand physical and emotional stress.
- Must be able to stand and move for long periods of time.
- Able to frequently lift at least 50 lbs., reach, pull, push, bend, stoop, and kneel.
- At the time of hire, must provide a fitness for duty certificate issued by a licensed physician to perform the proposed job without significant risk to personal health or the health and safety of others.
- At the time of hire, must provide documentation of evidence of immunizations as required by the facility's immunization policy.

Pre-employment Requirements:
This position may be contingent upon passing a security clearance, criminal background check (state and federal), drug screen, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review, education verification, employment verification, and/or credit check after acceptance of an offer and prior to beginning work, due to the nature of the services Chloeta provides and the responsibilities of this position.
Drug and Alcohol Testing:
To enforce Chloeta’s Drug and Alcohol Testing Policy, an employee or candidate could be subject to undergoing a drug screen and/or alcohol testing at the beginning of employment, as well as after commencement of employment where there is reasonable suspicion of intoxication, or following an automobile or other accident, or as part of a company or facility-wide random drug screen process.
Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA):
Under the FCRA, Chloeta may request a credit check during the onboarding process. A written authorization form will be required before obtaining credit records.
Emergency Response:
Every Chloeta employee has regular and recurring emergency management responsibilities, though not every position requires routine deployment to disaster sites. All positions are subject to recall around the clock for emergency management operations, which may require irregular work hours, work at locations other than the official Duty Station, and may include duties other than those specified in the employee's official Position Description (PD). Travel requirements in support of emergency operations may be extensive in nature (weeks to months), with little advance notice, and may require employees to relocate to emergency sites with physically austere and operationally challenging conditions.
