Remix Operator (Grade 4) - D Shift (6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, every other weekend required)

The Remix Operator is responsible for running the Remix Line(s) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Follow Chobani Safety Procedures
- Quality checks which include hourly cardboard tare checks on each line, using the Right the First Time process, Pallet Peelie Documentation, etc.
- AX Transitions & RF (RMTT) Gun Transactions including moving to location of use, consume to BO, RAF, pallet inquiries, location inquiries, reconciliation for shift, and audits with Cold Warehouse
- Documentation of hour by hour efficiency and creating a visual graph
- Able to effectively communicate via the use of a radio with the Lead, Supervisor, and Maintenance, if equipment is accruing downtime of more than 15 minutes or if reoccurring issues happen
- Responsible for center line checks at beginning of each shift and documenting any center line point that is NOT at center line on the defect sheet
- Responsible for eompleting ALL required paperwork during the shift which includes: Right the First Time, Preflight, Etc.
- Responsible for deep cleaning the equipment and area after the run is completed
- Responsible for preventative maintenance (PM) of the equipment such as suction cup replacement and working with maintenance to complete other operator tasks
- Collaboration with other departments such as QA for released product, Cold Warehouse to perform audits/reconciliations in locations, Maintenance when equipment is not running at target, Supervisors, Leads, Management Team, and other departments not listed
- Participate in audits which includes: State Quarterly audits, Annual SQF audits, unannounced audits, Customer Audits, Internal Audits, etc.
- Responsible to organize the labor and housekeeping of the Remix Area(s)
- Follow Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP)
- Responsible to perform other duties assigned by shift Lead, Supervisor, and Manager
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Forklift Certification
- Annual GMP Training
- Annual SQF Training
- Familiarity with AX, RMTT, and Colos
- Equipment, Chemical, and Allergen Training
- Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 Hours
- Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 75 pounds
- Must be at work on time and maintain good attendance
- Must be able to work in cooler conditions of 35 degrees F

Compensation Range: $20.50 - $27.00, plus bonus.
