Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner is the driving force of recruiting top talent and building a pipeline of quality candidates. Understands the talent landscape to develop and utilize creative sourcing strategies. Collaborates and builds strong relationships with clients as well as other key stakeholders. Responsible for sourcing candidates, managing the recruiting process end to end and providing consultation on all aspects of the hiring process.Experience
- Minimum Required: Three (3) years experience in recruitment, employment and Human Resources;
- Experience Preferred Desired: Five (5) years experience in recruitment, employment and Human Resources within the healthcare environment. Healthcare or hospital experience.
Education Description:
- Education Minimum Required: Bachelors Degree or additional relevant experience can be accepted in lieu of education.
- Education Desired Preferred: Master's Degree
Training Description:
Training Minimum Required:
- Training Desired Preferred: AIRS certification
Special Skills Description:
- Special Skills Minimum Required: Experience utilizing and maintaining applicant tracking systems. Ability to interface with all levels of staff and management. Ability to work in a fast pace high volume environment. Professional presentation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of recruitment in healthcare. Excellent computer skills. Current knowledge of applicable state and federal laws and regulations. Ability to set goals and judge results in accordance with the highest standards; care with sensitivity and respect; advance care through development of new ideas and technology; promote teamwork to achieve CHOC's mission; and understand and exceed customer expectations.
