Pay: $20-$23/hr.
Position Summary:
As an Office Administrator on our Sporting Travel Team, you will be a vital support to our sales staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our department and seamless document preparation. This position requires an individual with above-average computer skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while collaborating with multiple team members.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to sales staff, including handling correspondence, scheduling, organizing travel proposals and itineraries, and more.
- Document Preparation: Prepare documents, reports, and client-facing proposals with utmost accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring they meet the company's and our client’s high standards.
- Client Management: Maintain accurate records of client information, bookings, and financial transactions, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Communication and Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services, while providing exceptional customer service via phone and email.
- Problem-Solving: Read and interpret documents from the traveler's perspective, anticipating and resolving logistical inquiries or issues.
- Collaboration: Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with multiple team members to achieve shared goals.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Above-Average Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) is essential.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to all tasks, with the ability to identify and correct errors quickly.
- Multitasking and Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
Preferred:
- Experience in the Travel Industry and a comfort level with hunting and fishing activities.
- Post High-School Education: Associate degree or higher.
- Familiarity with global destinations: We operate worldwide, and geographical knowledge of our destinations will be helpful.
