We have several openings for experienced California Workers' Compensation Registered Nurses. Some positions are field based (require local traveling to MD offices) and others are purely remote from the candidates home office. If you have 2 years of CA Workers' Compensation Case Management experience and currently reside in the State of California, check us out!

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Current CA RN License
• Experience as a Work Comp Nurse Case Manager 2 years
• Expert telephonic case manager skillset (Telephonic positions)
• Strong clinical background with excellent assessment skills
• Proven relationship building skills
• Ability to type 40 wpm with strong computer skills (MS Office)
• Prefers to work from a “home office” environment
• Enjoys driving, frequent local field travel is required for Field Case Management positions
• Ability to collaborate and adapt to multi disciplinary team
• Enjoys producing quality administrative work
• Possesses excellent time management and organizational skills
• Works well independently with little supervision
• Experience as a working supervisor or manager highly desired for select positions
• Possesses strong communication skills both oral and written
• Excellent work ethics with strong moral character
• Prefers a small boutique company that recognizes and rewards individual contributions
• Certified Case Manager (CCM) desired

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $92,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
