The Pool Technician adds comfort & value to properties by providing pool cleaning, treatments and evaluations to our clients.
Scope Of Work:
The Pool Technician is responsible for safely treating client properties with pool chemicals for all clients assigned. The technician completes daily routes treating mostly residential properties. The technician provides detailed reports and evaluations of each property to each client. The Pool Technician reports to the Executive Partner of Operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Safely apply treatments/chemicals/products to client pools as needed or instructed
- Stay up to date with processes and procedures
- Responsibly use products according to label and as instructed.
- Provide a detailed evaluation of each property
- Maintain client accounts in our CRM and maintain exceptional communication
- Offer recommendations to clients as needed for additional services and property needs.
- Stay educated on the maintenance and care of a property's pool needs.
- Upkeep & care of assigned vehicle & equipment needed to perform job duties
- Maintain required Licensing
Working Conditions:
- Independent/solo position that requires self-motivation and independent thinking.
- Regular driving on residential and city streets.
- Most hours demand physical labor-intensive work inside & outside.
- Computer and smart device usage daily.
Physical Demands:
- As a Pool Technician, you will be driving a truck to and from client properties and lifting equipment and materials.
- Must be able to lift 50 plus lbs.
- Must be able to stand and walk long distances daily.
- Must be able to withstand all weather conditions.
Job Requirements:
- Basic pool knowledge
- 1-3 years customer service experience
- Typing 35 wpm at least
- Computer knowledge required
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Job Expectations:
As an employee of White Picket Team Management, you are expected to provide a professional and friendly service to all of our clients, vendors, and employees. Every client should have their phone calls and/or emails returned within 12 hours of the time they tried to contact us. You should communicate with your supervisor if you feel you are unable to complete certain tasks so he or she can help when possible.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
