About the Role
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is a blended role that will be responsible for being a strategic
partner to the designated business leads and lead the implementation of our developing talent
programs. We are in a high-growth phase, so you’ll be expected to navigate, problem solve, and build as
we grow. If you’re someone who is excited at the prospect of building from scratch, utilizing analysis to
determine areas for improvements, and coaching our employees alongside the rest of the HR team, this
is the role for you!
What You’ll Do
- Build partnerships with respective business unit leads to offer performance guidance, workforce
planning, and policy education - Implement a ground-up comprehensive talent program design include competency modeling,
performance cycle structure, feedback model development, and career ladders - Develop manager training materials and resources
- Enable leaders to be their best through supporting and coaching
- Provide day-to-day tactical support
- Navigate immigration-related requests
- Objectively conduct, manage, and resolve employee relations issues
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience working in HR, preferably have startup or growth stage
exposure - Strong EQ and excellent communication skills
- Ability to identify and analyze process gaps and skill gaps
- Have a solution-driven orientation
- Willingness to roll-up-your-sleeves and participate in every step
- Be able to handle multiple projects and work in an environment that requires flexibility
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
