POSITION SUMMARY
The Program Administrator serves in a critical role leading and overseeing the assigned programs/projects including COVID-19 testing program initiatives at multiple Christ Community Health Center locations. This role will establish protocols and processes that support highly functional programs to meet the needs of the community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Remains current on knowledge and recommendations based on the county, state, and national guidance for suggestions and requests related to COVID-19 testing along with the CCHS guidelines and standards.
Establish processes and procedures that allow CCHS to meet established testing goals and reporting.
Collaborates with key CCHS stakeholders and county officials as needed to ensure CCHS is able to meet ongoing testing needs.
Establishes a best practice and high-functioning testing site that provides an all-inclusive approach to testing processes and outcomes required.
Establishes a team to support testing site processes.
Creates and maintains processes for scheduling patients for drive-thru testing, managing patient files and reporting of patient results.
Guides, develops and trains staff and volunteers on processes, procedures and legal & compliance requirements related to testing, scheduling and reporting processes.
Coordinates set-up and placement of the drive-thru tents and car lines.
Coordinates required resources including PPE and ensures the needs are met daily at testing sites.
Assesses staff needs daily to ensure proper staffing including employees and volunteers to meet the needs for testing sites, scheduling and reporting.
Recommends improvement strategies at testing sites to ensure efficient and effective processes for patients, staff and volunteers.
Manages and creates last minute testing site requests on days/times outside of the normal schedule as needed including weekends.

Requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree required. Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a RN
- Experience in community health care preferred
- Experienced in data management and reporting
- Experience in managing health records and data files
- Working knowledge of basic medical terms
- Knowledge of and use Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Licenses or Certifications-RN Required
- Monday thru Friday and some weekends
- Ability to travel to multiple CCHS health clinic locations within Shelby County daily and in East Jackson. Position may work outdoors a majority of the work day.
