We are recruiting for a full-time Program Therapist to provide services in our ARMOR Day Treatment program in our Germantown, WI location, as well as our online program. Our ARMOR Day Treatment for Teens serves those who need a higher level of care than outpatient counseling. ARMOR helps teens struggling with aggressive or impulsive behaviors, authority defiance, relational conflicts, and high-risk behaviors. We work with teens and their families to restore emotional, social, and behavioral skills that have been impacted by mental health disorders. Teens develop coping skills to manage symptoms and related stress.
This is a full-time role and the applicant selected will be eligible for Christian Family Solutions' full benefits package. This benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, short- and long-term disability, 401(K) plan and match policy, and PTO. Hours for this position are generally 8:00am- 4:30pm, Monday – Friday.
What you will be doing
Providing Christian based counseling services by facilitating psycho-educational groups, process groups, individual and family therapy for clients admitted to the ARMOR program.
Quality mental health delivered with integrity is the first commitment we make to our clients. An additional commitment we make is to offer the option of Christian faith principles integrated with a client’s treatment, as needed and desired by the client. Research has proven that such faith-integrated treatment is effective and has longer lasting impact. It is an approach we are committed to delivering, and we train our staff to provide it. You will work in a unique environment where both your professional skills and your faith can grow.
