Associate Systems Analyst

The ChristianaCare Population Health IT team is actively recruiting for a committed, enthusiastic Associate Systems Analyst, who is a team player, with a focus on customer satisfaction. The analyst will be responsible for delivering population health IT related services to various business stakeholders through the design, implementation and troubleshooting of Population Health portfolio of systems. This position will ensure quality and regulatory compliance of all applicable technology components. This position can be hybrid or remote.

This position will provide IT on-call support.

Key Experience Needs:

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in a discipline related to the assigned area
• Experience in operational use and support of Care Management and/or Electronic Medical Record applications.
• Maintenance of Care Management and/or Electronic Medical Record applications preferred.
• Experience in the Population Health, ACO, CIN, or payer industry, specifically regarding standard payer file formats and data contained within them preferred
• Knowledge of system design techniques preferred
