The Customer Success Department contributes to this experience by assisting customers with any issues they have and helping them find the perfect products for their holiday projects.
Christmas Designers is currently recruiting members to join our seasonal team in the Customer Success Department. Learn the ins and outs of the professional Christmas industry in a fun and challenging work environment! Job duties include but are not limited to, assisting customers as they choose and purchase products, tracking orders, and solving any issues a customer might be experiencing once they receive their items.
Prerequisites include professional phone and email experience, patience when communicating with others, and a flexible schedule. The ability to follow directions, work well with others, and stay organized will also lead to success in this position. Full-time hours will be required, with some overtime offered as the order volume increases. Split shifts will be required with different hours available, along with some weekends.
The pay for this position is very competitive, based on work history and prior experience.
