Summary Description: This position is primarily responsible for sales of hard good merchandise and assisting with inventory control to achieve maximum profitability and continue to provide the best-in-class guest service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate sales for skis / boots / bindings
- Boot fitting
- Maintain the high standard for guest service
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of products and industry trends
- Maintain merchandising of hard good product lines and store cleanliness standards
- Demonstrate the desire to succeed and grow within the company
- Other duties may be assigned
Education and Experience:
**Job dependent: No experience is necessary as we will train you but there are a few things that will make the job more fun:
- Be Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable working with people
- Love to ski or snowboard and some knowledge of how it all works
- Have basic computer skills
- English fluency, written and verbal
- Need to be flexible in your schedule to get the most out of ski time, including working split shifts, nights, holidays, and weekends
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and regularly lift 25 pounds
