We are seeking an IT Project Manager for our Lambertville, NJ Site. This is an onsite position.

Position Overview
Chroma is looking to add a Project Manager to our fast-growing company. In this role, the right person architect robust solutions for the manufacturing industry using our unified ERP platform along with Business Intelligence Development utilizing Microsoft Power BI. The individual will lead all technical aspects of implementations, which includes collecting requirements, building workflows, user interfaces, security profiles, reports, training/demonstrating, handling support issues, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of requirements, specifications, design parameters, solution development, testing, implementation, performance measurement and maintenance of software solutions relevant to CRM, ERP, BI Reporting platform, Intranet and others as required.
- Gather and document user requirements and business needs for the purposes of designing appropriate solutions in areas of ERP & CRM and other information applications as they relate to the manufacturing industry.
- Help customers recognize their goals and drive towards a successful, on-time delivery
- Provide functional expertise to customers during the implementation process
- Forge strong partnerships with customers and colleagues
- Engage customers in informed business and technical need discussions vs. feature/function basics
- Provide strong understanding of Operational disciplines with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full platform and how it can meet business needs.
- Create and/or improve implementation templates supporting requirements gathering, design and training.
- Follow implementation methodology for all implementations to ensure repeatable successful implementations.
- Share relevant prior experiences and best practices with colleagues.
- Work well in both individual and team settings.
- Provide platform demonstrations and various trainings if required/as needed.
- Work in close coordination with other IT team members, including external contractors, to ensure efficient operation of the department and its resources; serve as a backup to other technology team members as needed.

- Systems Saavy - Must have exceptional ERP systems and Microsoft Office programs knowledge. Has a solid background in his or her technical field and continually augments experience and skills with the latest research results and techniques.
- Flexibility - Travel is a component of this role in order to properly deploy solutions in support of the business. The successful individual must be willing to travel 25% of the time using air travel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager / business analyst with a minimum of 5 years' experience in systems applications consulting, either internally via an IT organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider
- Strong Microsoft Power BI and SQl Skills a must
- Experience with manufacturing operations processes and supporting technologies required
- Experience with Mid-market ERP & CRM Software packages is required
- Must have shown significant and consistent career growth as part of prior experience
