Job Description
- Perform as the Quality Management System’s (QMS) Management Representative
- Accountable for maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and AS/ISO/NADCAP certifications across the site as customer-regulatory requirements (FAA, EASA, CAAC).
- Coordinate with the Federal Aviation Administration's local representatives all activities on which the approval of the Administration must be obtained, including changes of Operations Specifications and/or manual changes as they apply.
- Analyze organizational quality metrics and perform managerial reviews to evaluate results and recommend action plans to close gaps at an operational level.
- Assure compliance to quality objectives such as COPQ, customer satisfaction, vendor certification and the effectives of the corrective measurements
- Management customer complaints, non-conforming product, Internal/external audit, document control, and training
- Drive Operational Excellence through proactive risk mitigation and reduction of internal and external failures.
- Ability to coordinate with Engineering and Operations on product quality issues and effective issue resolution
- Responsible for workforce planning to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
- Responsible of talent management of the quality organization
- Demonstrate ability to prioritize and appropriately delegate responsibility while maintaining accountability
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field with 15 years of experience in Quality Manufacturing Environment
- Minimum 3 years' experience in aerospace industry in a quality manager role.
- Experience in recognized quality (AS9100/AS9110) and process (NADCAP) systems in an aerospace and highly familiarity with customer-regulatory requirements (FAA, EASA, JCAB).
- Strong working knowledge of problem solving/root cause analysis and process management to prevent reoccurrence of issues
- Demonstrated ability to make critical decisions, set priorities and provide overall leadership in regards quality topic
- Strong experience in leadership, planning, and project management
- Ability to effectively lead, development, and motivate high performance quality team.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, customers, suppliers, and Senior Leadership Team
- Leadership role model in terms of professional behaviors and personal accountability.
- Must have excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office experience
