Job Description
Our internship program is designed to provide you with a positive work/training experience and challenging objectives that are consistent with your career goals and current level of education. Specific responsibilities are listed below:
- Data collection, spreadsheet creation and data analysis
- Ability to perform data analysis as required
- Develop, prepare, and present summary reports
- Assist in sales service support such as generating sales quotation and follow-up to closure, including, producing routine Customer Status Report, frequent communication
- Support and conform to all organization’s compliance requirements, e.g., export controls, business ethics, etc.
- Work safely following all Company health, safety and environmental policies while performing job duties
- Routine use of Microsoft Office Tools: Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Qualifications
Education: Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college pursuing a degree in a related field.
Experience:
- Credible work experience in a customer service/solutions related field
- Proficiency in a Windows operating environment, including email and Microsoft Office software, with experience in data entry
- Strong interpersonal skills and decision making abilities
- Effective and professional communication with the customer solutions team and the organization
- Ability to work in multitask environment and remain organized through multiple projects
- Practice discretion when handling sensitive work documents
