Provides support and content expertise in the area of data management and utilizes reliable information to support data collection and reporting for quality improvement. A primary goal is to increase the effective use of the Osnium by assessing utilization, demonstrating increased or expanded use of the system and identifying opportunities for improvement. Education Associate's degree in computer science or related field Experience Requires 5 years of experience in clinical system applications that includes at least 3 years of quality improvement and/or utilization management experience. Content expert in data analysis, performance measurement and quality improvement concepts. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Exhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children's values and support our mission and vision. Strong analytical skills with experience in the evaluation of data integrity and its associated improvement work. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work with multiple departments and external organizations. Advanced skills in use of Microsoft products with experience generating reports from data systems. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Normal office environment where there is no reasonable potential for exposure to blood or other high risk body fluids. Preferred Job Requirements Licensure, Registration and/or Certification Certification in Dev Express Education A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
