Responsibilities:
- Motivates and encourages self-direction of care team members to participate fully in the mission and goals of Catholic Health Services Inc.
- Ensures and maintains adequate and competent levels of patient care in all areas of operation.
- Collaborates with the Vice President of Clinical Services in facilitating nursing care.
- Assumes responsibility for all administrative activities in the absence of the Administrator on premises.
Qualification:
- Licensed Registered Nurse
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in health care management field preferred.
- Experience in team based environment desirable.
- Basic knowledge of regulatory agency requirements, establishment of staffing patterns and schedules.
- Excellent supervisory and communication skills necessary for coordinating staff activities and interpreting operating policies and procedures for staff.
