Leading Real Estate and Hospitality company is seeking a Director of Acquisitions to manage real estate purchase and leasing deals nationwide from inception through completion.
Core Responsibilities:
- Work with sourcing department to identify strategically sound deals
- Work with developers and owners, negotiating terms of deal
- Oversee underwriting and other steps in the process
- Raise equity, presenting deal to investors and leveraging key industry relationships
Requirements:
- Regular travel
- 3 years minimum Commercial Real Estate experience
- Well-developed industry network
Salary commensurate with experience, generous bonus structure for closing deals.
