Job Description
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: - Prospecting new ABL and commercial clients in the Southwest Region (Southern CA, Arizona, Utah, Colorado) - Conduct analysis through the deal screening stage - Assist in client discussion while negotiating front-end terms - Market understanding of both bank and non-bank competitors - Focus calling efforts on direct calling, private equity coverage, and third party intermediaries
QUALIFICATIONS: - College Degree - 10-years plus of ABL experience - 5-years plus of successful experience as Business Development officer for Commercial or ABL lender - Self-Starter and ability to work out of home - Basic Microsoft Office and web-enabled prospecting skills - Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills - Ideally looking for candidate in Greater Los Angeles area, working remote - Other locations in Southwest territory to be evaulated
