What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager Record Maintenance - eviCore - Remote position at Cigna?
Responsibilities :
Monitors workflow and call, case, and Cherwell queues to ensure appropriate metrics are achieved.
Research and resolve escalated issues with accuracy.
Identify patterns and trends to quickly identify issues.
Recommend improvements to policies/procedures.
Accountable for team’s performance in both statistical and quality metrics.
Participates in the completion of performance reviews.
Stays educated on all policies and procedures of department.
Ability to prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are met.
Effectively utilize all resources and job aids.
Work with IT to identify trends of potential issues.
Accurately track and report performance or attendance.
Ability to complete special projects or other duties as assigned.
Assist manager with reporting.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required.
Minimum of one year at eviCore and one year leadership experience preferred.
Knowledge of MedSuite/FDX preferred.
Comprehensive understanding of ISAAC.
Understanding of provider file preferred.
Professional aptitude to solve problems and escalate issues.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to communicate and educate in a highly professional and effective manner.
Ability to multi-task and excel in a team setting.
Detail oriented.
