As a member of Cigna’s Core Solutions team this person will be directly accountable for leading the design and delivery of the organization’s virtual health solution roadmap for multiple buyer groups within the U.S.: individual and family plans, commercial segments, Self-Funded/ASO, and Fully Insured. Key areas of focus will include managing existing solutions and vendor partnerships while simultaneously working to launch new solutions in market that maximize the full potential of virtual care. Successful solution delivery will: be rooted in strong, strategic partnerships, with vendors and internal partners; create an easy and engaging interface; and re-imagine the care experience across the care continuum to drive greater affordability, access, and overall satisfaction for our key constituents: customers, providers, and employers (50 – 5,000+).

Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of new market leading virtual care solutions as a key component of network strategy, and integrated value, re-imagining care delivery across the care continuum to realize improved affordability, access, and satisfaction (NPS).
- Support and present data analytics to senior leadership and vendor partners to develop a comprehensive, coordinated, multi-year virtual care solution roadmap: end-to-end product development and enablement, pre and post-launch management, and lifecycle maximization
- Support internal needs to stand up a go-to-market strategy for multiple buyer groups (Fully Insured & Self-Funded/ASO) with key consideration for how the regulatory environment will impact delivery.
- Lead and manage multiple cross-functional teams to successfully ensure the right infrastructure connectivity and integration is in place to enable the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with key partners (internal/external) to create an improved, integrated, care experience through the use of virtual health solutions and technology.
- Support and seek-out market insights to improve virtual offering
- Support solution suite management (i.e. day-to-day activities, Comp Intel, market message, sales support; scorecards, client reporting, data intake, integration, etc.)
