Position Summary
CIMCO is looking for an experienced working Foreman at their new facility in Duncan, South Carolina.
Role Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing a team of employees on a construction site, factory, or other industrial setting
- Monitor work progress and quality to ensure that projects are completed on time and to specification
- Ensure all work is being performed in accordance with applicable safety standards and regulations
- Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and safety incidents or violations
- Provide guidance and instruction to workers regarding safety procedures and equipment operation
- May be involved in the hiring and training of new workers
Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
- Similar experience is required in a piping shop
- Ability to effectively manage and instruct a team of employees
- Ability to perform hands on work when required
- Ability to problem solve, make decisions, plan and organize jobs and tasks
- Strong organizational skills with an exceptional eye for detail
