Product Marketing Manager
CINC is the leading provider of web-based real estate marketing and CRM software for top-producing agents, elite real estate teams, and leading mortgage brokers across North America. We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team. In this position, you’ll play a vital role as the glue that binds our product story to the tactics we need to drive success in sales and marketing. You will be the product evangelist and play an integral role in organizing product launches. This position reports directly to the VP of Marketing and will serve as a subject matter expert, formulating and executing impactful strategies to amplify the value of our solution.
What you’ll do:
- Market intelligence—be the expert on our clients, who are they, what they need, and how our solution impacts their business
- Understand the competitive landscape-be an expert on our competion and how they are positioned.
- Partner with product management to shape the product roadmap and communicate upcoming updates internally and externally.
- Work with marketing and sales to best articulate CINC’s value prop with content, collateral, and concise talking points
- Support sales and account services with product marketing plans, and the development of marketing collateral such as spec sheets, how-to videos, etc.
- Drive business and user growth through go-to-market strategies and positioning with multi-channel campaigns and ongoing communications that drive awareness of CINC and its solutions.
- Measure and optimize the client journey as it relates to feature adoption and usage.
- Define the messaging and positioning for a key customer segment and build out compelling content and messaging experiences to drive success throughout their unique user journey.
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates CINC within the real estate industry.
- Establish KPI's for all of your efforts and track performance to ensure marketing plans are delivering expected business outcomes.
What you’ll need to succeed in this role:
- Previous experience, at least 4 years as a product marketing specialist or marketing manager roles
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent of education and work experience.
- Strong writing skills-must be able to translate our CINC story and value propostivion in a meaningful and palpable way.
- Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is -or isn’t-working
- Able to work independently, managing multiple projects - effectively and efficiently, while meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail.
- Flexible – able to pivot and reassess as needed.
