We are seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our small but dynamic marketing team. This is an excellent growth opportunity for a hands-on B2B marketer who wants to work on all things marcom – such as digital marketing, PR, content marketing, Web & SEO, SEM, social media, and events – and see measurable impact. This position reports to the Director of Marketing, TASI Product Integrity.
What you will do:
- Execute digital marketing campaigns to create demand for our products and services based on the annual objectives, using marketing automation, digital advertising, paid and organic social, SEM, etc.
- Be a part of the team that designs and builds the new website! Maintain the CTS website to continuously improve search engine ranking, engagement, and goal conversions.
- Manage the company’s social media.
- Participate in the creation, management and execution of the company’s content strategy. Write, edit and oversee production of assets and collateral, working with the marketing and engineering teams and external suppliers.
- Monitor marketing activity and campaigns, analyze results and prepare regular reports.
- Provide additional support to the team and company as required.
What you bring to the team:
- College diploma or university degree in marketing, communications or a related field
- 3 years of experience in a similar position in a technical business-to-business organization
- Some experience with search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM) and related tools (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Strong writing and communication skills, including an aptitude for understanding technical concepts and synthesizing them into meaningful marketing materials
- Initiative, creativity, strong problem-solving skills, the ability to set priorities and multitask
- Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot or other)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
