Overview
The HR Generalist reports to the Vice President of Human Resources with the responsibility for ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations while also directly meeting CINQCARE’s requirements. Primary Responsibilities
The HR Generalist will have the following responsibilities:
Maintain knowledge of current HR trends, best practices, changes to regulations, new technology breakthroughs, and employment law.
Ensure professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of the role. Provide an effective and dedicated people advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters.
Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of the employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies.
Assist the leadership team on sensitive or complex matters and elevate to the appropriate staff when investigations are required. Manage details and coordination of disciplinary discussions, terminations, and investigations.
Ensure mandatory training and continuing education is complete and documented, including safety, code of conduct and handbook, anti-harassment, and certifications required.
Collaborate with the team on annual Open Enrollment period. Comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations regarding benefits. Assist employees with benefit programs and all leave requests.
Serve as the primary backup for payroll processing, including; bi-weekly and semi-monthly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, tracking vacation/sick pay, importing expense reimbursements, inputting exceptions, hourly employee validations, and benefit changes.
Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience. Handle all administrative tasks for offboarding, including entering data and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
General Duties
The HR Generalist will have following duties:
Leadership: The HR Generalist will lead in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations.
Strategy: The HR Generalist will Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the people department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience.
Collaboration: The HR Generalist will participate in development of people objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements
Knowledge: The HR Generalist will ensure legal compliance of state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required
Culture: The HR Generalist is accountable for creating a productive, collaborative, safe and inclusive work environment for the HR team and as part of the larger Company.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Communication: Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills; ability to clearly articulate and present concepts and models in an accessible manner to CINQCARE’s team, investors, partners, and other stakeholders. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of HRIS systems, comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.
Relationships: Ability to build and effectively manage relationships with business leaders and external constituents.

Compensation
$65-75,000
