Ciocca Dealerships is looking to add an experienced Payroll Director to our growing team! This is an in-office setting at our Corporate Center in Allentown, PA.
Setting: In-Office
Schedule: Monday-Friday Day-time Hours
Compensation: $100,000-115,000 per year - will commensurate with experience

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Review and analyze all aspects of the payroll processes; recommend and implement updated policies and procedures as necessary
- Oversee processing of payroll account transactions/changes (e.g. salaries, garnishments, deductions, taxes, transfers, terminations, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
- Liaise with auditors and manage payroll tax audits
- Respond to inquiries concerning payroll processing, and lead communication on payroll issues, deadlines, and other issues
- Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) and accounting teams
- Supervise and coach payroll staff
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Proven experience as a payroll director or similar role
- Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws
- Excellent understanding of multi-location and multi-state payroll and taxes
- Familiarity with ADP payroll software and MS Office
- Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
- Organizational and leadership skills
