What we need…
The Talent Acquisition Manager will serve as an integral part of the company’s Talent Acquisition team, partnering with business leaders to develop, implement, and manage scalable and sustainable talent acquisition strategies and coaching their direct report team to execute against these strategies. The Talent Acquisition Manager will work with the business to identify and fill classes in the high-volume, front-line Retrieval Operations business. The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partners (TAPs) and be responsible for leading a high-volume, high-demand staffing function while also managing agency-supported high-volume recruiting.
Responsibilities
What you will do…
- Talent Acquisition-Retrieval Operations Manager will oversee the entire recruitment process for open positions including posting, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and selection.
- Lead a team of very experienced Talent Acquisition Partners by defining priorities/goals and monitoring results.
- Talent Acquisition-Retrieval Operations Manager will Prepare and present reports to leadership on recruiting activities to include researching and analyzing hiring trends and talent gaps.
- Creating and continuing to evolve a High-Volume Playbook, to ensure recruiting strategies, approach, and execution continuously achieves the desired talent demand requirements.
- Provide support and build business relationships with hiring leaders to help aid in their recruitment efforts; effective screening, interviewing, and selection techniques.
- Actively develop and maintain external relationships which may provide candidate referrals. This includes participation in industry events, job fairs, associations, college and vocational school recruiting programs, and active networking.
- Talent Acquisition-Retrieval Operations Manager will Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for management by providing recruiting advice, counsel, and decisions by analyzing internal and external market information.
- Talent Acquisition-Retrieval Operations Manager will Monitor the recruitment cycle and update and implement changes to the process as needed, to ensure seamless execution and exemplary candidate and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Manage and monitor iCIMS applicant tracking system to ensure process is being followed and in alignment with compliance regulations.
- Develop and maintain recruiting systems, policies, procedures, and goals that align with our organizational mission, strategies, and business objectives.
- Talent Acquisition-Retrieval Operations Manager will Identify future talent needs and pro-actively define, source, and develop pipeline talent pool.
- Talent Acquisition-Retrieval Operations Manager will Drive use of social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technology and tools to source candidates for open jobs.
- Create and provide weekly and monthly recruiting reports including but not limited to weekly open requirement reports, weekly hire reports, candidate status reports, division dashboards, and recruiter scorecards
Qualifications
What you need…
- Talent Acquisition-Retrieval Operations Manager will have 5 years’ talent acquisition, recruiting, recruiting operations, and/or talent acquisition management experience.
- Full life-cycle recruiting experience and/or managing recruiting activities for high-volume, front-line talent roles required.
- Drive in achieving talent demand targets in a high-volume environment.
- Passion to act as player/coach.
- Proficiency in utilizing MS Office Suite, Human Resources, and Applicant databases.
- Ability to successfully lead by example, with demonstrated ability to set benchmarks, prioritize, and deliver against talent demand.
- Capable to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs, processes, and market environments.
- Talent to defuse situations, get to the issue. and solve the problem.
- Skill to analyze resource requirements, create and manage Excel based reports that drive productivity.
- Ability in assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks, projects. and demands.
- Understanding how to effectively and professionally resolve conflict.
- Confidence to build rapport and trust with stakeholders at all levels within the organization
What sets you apart…
- High-volume, staffing agency or RPO experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution
- iCIMS experience
