What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Enablement Specialist position at Circle?
What you’ll be responsible for:
As a member of the Circle Sales Enablement team, you will play a critical role in deploying programs that enable our sellers to obtain more business. You will work closely with all of Circle’s customer-facing teams, ensuring that Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Success, Customer Care and others have the information and the training they need to be effective. You will be one of the key members of the team that helps members of the revenue team onboard to Circle.
What you'll work on:
- Coordinating the sales onboarding of new sellers and client facing teams during ongoing skills development, product training, coaching and certification
- Helping manage the sales content and collaborate with Talent team, Product Marketing and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the business
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis regarding the enablement plan
- Managing sales enablement communication process and channels
- Coordinating with Product Marketing and other areas of the business to maintain sales playbooks and other content are up to date
- Ensuring sales teams have access to collateral and information necessary for selling and supporting Circle’s products in the market
- Tracking and measuring the results of enablement programs, and regularly report results to key business stakeholders
- Being a subject matter expert in our sales/delivery process and methodology globally
- Helping to manage the sales certification process
- Assisting the Sales Enablement team in the coordination and creation of an updated onboarding, sales development and certification programs for customer-facing team members

What you’ll bring to Circle:
- 2 years' experience sales enablement, program management, change management or sales-supporting role in a SAS sales, technology or finance industry
- Experience with supporting competency based / skills development programs and certifications
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience collaborating with sales managers and direct sales teams
- Self-motivation and a team player attitude with an ability to prioritize and manage projects in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to anticipates and addresses problems before they arise and works cross-departmentally to deliver holistic enablement content
- A motivation for learning and ability to learn to use new technologies with minimal guidance as the tech-stack shifts to meet evolving needs. Proficiency in LMS, Google Suite, Slack, and Apple MacOS helpful.
