Pricing Analyst

PRICING ANALYST JOB SUMMARY: The Brand Pricing Specialist is responsible for managing all branded restaurant menus and pricing. The ideal candidate possess strong analytical and organizational skills, collaborates well with others, and communicates effectively cross functionally, both internally and externally. This position reports directly to the Restaurant Marketing Director. The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities, and requirements: PRICING ANALYST JOB DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES: Retrieves and consolidates data from multiple sources and for multiple brands Ensures integrity of data by validating with colleagues and brand partners Prepares cost and profitability analyses of all menu items Inputs pricing and/or facilitates pricing updates across all restaurant brands Maintains current menu, pricing, and promotional information Recommends price changes according to strategy Manages menu and pricing on digital menu boards Prepares summary of price changes to be implemented for restaurant use Completes full brand pricing review and update quarterly, at minimum Processes ad hoc price changes as needed All other job duties and special projects as necessary.
