Pricing Analyst

Please note this position is 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday, 100% in person, at our Columbus, Indiana office. Responsibilities Work with Category Managers and our Data & Analytics team to develop competitive pricing strategies and maximize data usage in our pricing initiatives Review, analyze and validate deliveries from our Data & Analytics team and propose pricing recommendations to category managers Independently carry out ongoing pricing analyses using internal and external data, and play an active role in the pricing strategy review process Independently conduct research using internal systems and external resources to ensure appropriateness of pricing structures Contribute to automation and improvement of pricing-related processes and embed new processes Actively participate in the review of prices, assortments and campaign strategies in connection with business planning Assist Category Managers with inputs into Promotion and Assortment decisioning tools Experience & Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field Established skills working in Microsoft Excel, including comfort with formulas such as XLOOKUP(), AND(), OR(), COUNTIF(), SUMIF(), and INDEX(MATCH()). Experience compiling and combining data from various sources Experience with data visualization and presenting data in an effective manner to different target groups Experience analyzing data in the retail industry, preferably from a large organization Experience in pricing and assortment optimization is a plus Circle K is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
