General Function
In alignment with CIRI’s mission and values, provides records, project management, and administrative support to the Information Technology (IT) Department. Assists with auditing, updating, and enhancing the IT department invoicing and budget process and data entry into the records management database.
Major Activities (Typical Duties/Responsibilities)
- Responsible for IT department coding, tracking, resolving issues, and obtain signatures for invoices and processing.
- Enters data from source documents into computer databases, files, and forms.
- Assists in coordinating the budget preparation cycle and monitoring budget-to-actual performance, including coding and tracking invoices for signature and processing.
- Compiles IT department expense reports.
- Responsible for records and information data input into the vault database.
- Provides backup support transferring inactive files to and from the warehouse.
- Assists with special records management projects.
- Assist in developing and maintaining written procedures that document the appropriate steps for processes performed in the IT department.
- Assist in managing computer software license accountability, renewals, enforcement of terms & conditions, analysis, and documentation.
- Research terms & conditions of the existing licensing agreement for software and hardware warranties and organize data for reference purposes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent GED required.
- Associate degree or some college preferred.
- Three years of experience in the data management field required.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
