Title: Territory Sales Manager – Minnesota
Reporting To: CEO
Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota
FLSA: Exempt
Cirona Labs is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Representative with a track record of success to grow the Minnesota market.
This role requires travel within a ninety-minute radius of the Minnesota area, calling on established accounts and prospective customers to solicit business and grow our base of customers.
The Outside Sales Rep knows how to drive profitability and scale revenue. The successful candidate will be confident, analytical, and self-driven to excel.
Candidates must have outside sales experience ideally in cannabis, hemp, and/or beverage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consistently demonstrates in-depth knowledge of the applicable demographics of targeted customers in territory to include, but not limited to buying patterns and product preferences, income, status, and tastes.
- Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from a variety of sources.
- Travels four days each week in the state of Minnesota to call on established accounts and prospective customers to solicit orders.
- Overcomes objections with persuasion and persistence.
- Demonstrates expert ability to display or demonstrates products, using samples and/or marketing assets and print collateral; expertly emphasizes salable features and benefits to include quality and brand differentiation.
- Analyzes market and competition, identifies external threats and opportunities, and adapts strategy to changing conditions.
- Understands business implications of decisions; displays orientation to profitability; aligns work with strategic goals.
- Monitors customer satisfaction and develops new approaches to meeting customer needs.
- Keeps appointments and attends meetings as scheduled, and on time.
- Consistently keeps abreast of industry developments.
- Influences key decision-makers, achieves win-win outcomes, and addresses divergent opinions.
- Track visits and aggregate data from the field; enters customer sales data into database accurately and on time.
- Attends promotional and community events.
- Educates staff on products and conducts staff training.
- Other responsibilities may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Geographic knowledge of the sales region.
- Exhibits sound judgment and includes appropriate people in decision-making process.

- Good knowledge of cannabis/hemp products.
- High level of professionalism and ability to work autonomously, highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Business acumen and sharp negotiating skills
Education and experience:
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three years outside sales experience with at least one year outside sales experience in the licensed cannabis or hemp industry with a track record of growing the market and increasing profits.
- Sales experience in cannabis, hemp, pharmaceutical, CPG or alcohol preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Must have a clean driving record, Minnesota Driver’s License, and reliable vehicle.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.

Base Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year plus commissions and stock options (OTE: $150K )
