Job Summary
The Warranty Administrator is responsible for filing warranty claims when applicable and interfacing with the Cirrus Warranty Administration department as well as other suppliers as applicable.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Warranty
- Submits warranty claims related to aircraft parts and labor, in a timely manner, and manages work order status/flow through to final billing.
- Ensures billing accuracy of all Work Orders.
- Adds warranty credits to work orders.
- Implements processes and procedures as needed.
- Ensures pricing and labor rates are current and accurate.
- Communicates with Cirrus Field Service and Warranty departments to obtain warranty approval.
- Process customer invoices and payments as needed
- Coordinates with Parts Admin to send requested warranty parts with all appropriate paperwork to Warranty Returns.
- Coordinates with Chief Inspector to scrap non-repairable parts based on a list of criteria.
- Coordinates with Parts Admin to send parts out for repair to Cirrus and third-party vendors based on need.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Additional Functions):
- Parts
- Ordering of parts to include the best shipping method for the company and maintenance needs.
- Follows and places parts request received in Ebis to a specific work order.
- Receives parts into Ebis with all necessary paperwork for installation on aircraft.
- Quarterly Counts of parts.
- Enters in pricing for parts.
- Build work order packages for incoming aircraft.
Demonstrated Proficiencies/Skills/Abilities:
