Position : Part-Time Office Assistant
Location : Reston, VA
Responsibilities :
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
Greet visitors and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, room setup, and preparation of materials.
Assist in organizing company events, such as team meetings and social gatherings.
Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
Handle basic IT support tasks, such as troubleshooting office equipment and coordinating with external vendors.
Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements :
Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
