We are currently looking for a Porter at our Heritage Village at Elton Corner location in Freehold, NJ!

The Porter is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and physical appearance of the property to ensure preservation and value. The Porter will maintain courteous and continuous communication with staff and residents in a respectful and professional manner. The Porter reports to the on-site Property Manager. This position is classified as non-exempt.

The following responsibilities are not all-inclusive; the Porter may be called upon to assist in other areas in order to provide residents with the best possible service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Remove trash and debris from community grounds
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms
• Clean exterior and interior glass doors, mirrors, and windows
• Clean, mop, wash, buff, and vacuum floors and carpet
• Empty trash, remove recycling materials and maintain cleanliness of trash room
• Maintain laundry room cleanliness
• Clean, polish, dust fixtures and furniture
• Remove recycling materials
• Inform Superintendent in a timely fashion about necessary maintenance supplies
• Clean vacant apartments in preparation for being occupied
• Assist Superintendent as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
