Software is a team sport. The best software is built by the highest functioning teams that are peopled with supremely skilled & fiercely collaborative engineers, product teams, & designers. As a Business Analyst, you will support the definition, articulation, and prioritization of the important work needed to build high quality, high scale, & customer delighting SaaS products. We are looking for Business Analysts with a growth mentality, eager to do their best work and build the best products possible. Simply put, you'll partner with Product Owners to deliver excellent software on a value-driven, high-trust team. Primary Responsibilities include:
Articulate the needs of the user through the lens of the CX platform. How will building a world-class platform make Cisco and our customers wildly successful? And how does the current sprint’s work push that needle?
Contribute to Cisco's digital customer and partner experience strategy while flawlessly executing against our roadmap.
Understand how broad initiatives relate to your product - translate, and sequence them into measurable requirements.
Act as collaborative glue between engineering teams, product, and program management.
Invest deeply in the success of the team, understanding how your role drives value for end users and the organization. Who you'll work with
Residing in the CPX organization, you will partner with teams to craft, develop and deliver outstanding SaaS solutions. You will work with peer teams in Product Management, Operations, and UX Design to build the world’s best customer experience for our customers, partners and delivery engineers. Every day and every interaction will be unique, but you will primarily engage with Product Owners and engineers to drive the execution of value-driven enhancements. Who you are
Required Skills/Experience
Proven experience delivering enterprise SaaS products with a focus on business/user outcome.
Experience authoring epics and user stories, with emphasis on the customer experience.
Ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams. Engineers LOVE to work with you!
Strong experience with agile methodologies and eagerness to roll up sleeves to evolve processes as business needs evolve.
Proven track record to maintain alignment between partners across many time zones.
Customer success, customer support, learning, partner, and/or digital customer experience domain expertise preferred.
Experience with design-thinking concepts a strong bonus.
