What are the responsibilities and job description for the Virtual Demand Center Success Manager -Americas position at Cisco?
What you'll do:
The Virtual Demand Center Success Manager will be a key member of the Virtual Demand Center (VDC) Engage team, responsible for working with Americas marketing team members to lead all aspects of planning, execution, optimization, support and close of marketing demand through the VDC process. You'll partner closely with cross functional teams across the VDC, Regional Marketing, IT, Digital Marketing, Legal and Global Campaigns to ensure demand programs are properly resourced, implemented and on track.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with AMER Demand Marketing teams and Regional VDC teams to implement quarterly demand plans.
- Orchestrate program-specific VDC Pod teams on high-quality demand planning with collaborators and ensure our seller teams are informed, trained and supported to handle inbound and outbound demand.
- Drive process and program optimization through 360 team input including quantitative and qualitative input across multiple teams.
- Provide support for VDC processes for Americas Marketing teams.

Required experience
- 5-7 years of demonstrated ability in demand marketing, sales operations, and leading projects.
- Experience gathering and reporting on data and key performance metrics.
- Highly organized and collaborative with excellent project management skills, strong attention to detail, and a track record of meeting goals.
