As a core member of our FSRRR – Product and Word Processing team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Citco Fund Services (“CFS”) established a financial reporting ‘center of excellence’ in Malvern, Pennsylvania (30 miles northwest of center city Philadelphia). Citco Fund Services (Malvern), Inc. focuses on the coordination and preparation of annual and periodic financial reporting for funds in accordance with their promulgated accounting principles (i.e., U.S. generally accepted accounting principles and International Financial Reporting Standards). The financial reporting services are available to clients of Citco Fund Services Companies worldwide. Our specialized financial statement reporting teams are primarily based in our Malvern location with additional team members are based in our Cork and Manila locations.
Your Role:
- You will effectively manage communication, planning process, workflow, timelines and team members responsible for a client’s fund.
- Initiate and establish ongoing communication throughout the process to all teams to ensure uniformity and resolve discrepancies
- Develop ways to effectively manage inconsistency among members in the network for the client; revise documents based on markup (word, adobe, track changes) from multiple sources - accountant, manager, auditor and client
- Monitor JIRA (workflow) Board for production items added to the queue
- Create financial statements using a Controlled Document Management System (RRD)
- Utilize MS Word 2010 and 2007 to create, edit and review documents for the production of financial statements for external distribution; accurately convert Excel tables into Word tables
- All formatting features are widely used to standardize tables and paragraph formats according to specification; ability to distinguish what features accomplish a specific goal
- Review document for consistency of language in financial statements and accompanying notes; review for uniformity in format and language across multiple documents that belong to one client; build out consistency sheets for format and language; proofread all completed documents to ensure accuracy including spelling, grammar, punctuation and format; compute and verify totals on report statements and footnotes using adding machine or calculator
- Electronically sort and compile text and numerical data, retrieve, update and merge documents as required; search for specific sets of stored, typed characters in order to make changes
- Work with technical material, prepare statistical reports, plan and type statistical tables, and combine and re-arrange material from different sources
- File and store completed documents on computer hard drive or disk, and/or maintain a computer filing system to store, retrieve, update and delete documents
- Review FSR archive for file and data integrity
- Year-end cleanup (archive WP Jira issues, audit trail containing requests and documents, folder cleanup to make disk space available for busy season and TW data scrub to prepare for production status data for busy season)
- Perform other clerical duties such as answering telephone, sending faxes, etc.
- Work under challenging deadlines and be accountable for completing work within specified time frames
- Build and maintain relationships with Financial Reporting Accountants to anticipate and accommodate future workflow.
- Available to work second and/or non- traditional shift (such as 12 – 9pm) and/or non-traditional work week inclusive of weekends
- Ability to work mandatory overtime January to April, 55 hours per week (inclusive of weekend hours)
- Ability to work overtime when necessary
About You:
- You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial word processing.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Minimum of 60 wpm
- Must be detail oriented and possess excellent proofreading skills
- Understanding of Financial Statement structure is a plus

- Ability to work mandatory overtime January to April, 55 hours per week (inclusive of weekend hours)

About You:

Citco Fund Services (Malvern), Inc. focuses on the coordination and preparation of annual and periodic financial reporting for funds in accordance with their promulgated accounting principles (i.e., U.S. generally accepted accounting principles and International Financial Reporting Standards). The financial reporting services are available to clients of Citco Fund Services Companies worldwide. Our specialized financial statement reporting teams are primarily based in our Malvern location with additional team members are based in our Cork and Manila locations.
Your Role:
- You will effectively manage communication, planning process, workflow, timelines and team members responsible for a client’s fund.
- Initiate and establish ongoing communication throughout the process to all teams to ensure uniformity and resolve discrepancies
- Develop ways to effectively manage inconsistency among members in the network for the client; revise documents based on markup (word, adobe, track changes) from multiple sources - accountant, manager, auditor and client
- Monitor JIRA (workflow) Board for production items added to the queue
- Create financial statements using a Controlled Document Management System (RRD)
- Utilize MS Word 2010 and 2007 to create, edit and review documents for the production of financial statements for external distribution; accurately convert Excel tables into Word tables
- All formatting features are widely used to standardize tables and paragraph formats according to specification; ability to distinguish what features accomplish a specific goal
