About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a core member of our Investor Services team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role:

• You will review subscription agreements
• You will follow up with investors on missing documentation
• You will maintain electronic and physical partner records
• You will maintain bank accounts for funds assigned
• You will prepare and review of daily and weekly performance releases
• You will produce Investor statements and correspondence
• You will assist with the appropriate handling of fund manager and investor calls

About You:

• You have a post-secondary education
• You ideally have 1-3 years of experience in Client Services
• You have excellent MS Office suite skills (excel in particular)
• You will have an advantage if you have knowledge of the private equity fund, hedge fund or mutual fund industry and concepts
• You will have an advantage if you have experience in Investor Relations, or experience within a transfer agency environment
