What are the responsibilities and job description for the Innovation Partner and Product Sr Analyst (Hybrid) position at Citi?
The Fraud Risk Senior Analyst will report into the Product & Relationship Management vertical within the Innovation & Strategy team which creates innovative new data intelligence product to promote efficiency & effectiveness within the fraud organization. The Product & Relationship Management vertical manages the product management, partner engagement and is responsible for product innovation & identifying new plug-in opportunities by understanding partner needs and facilitating collaboration and coordination across functional areas for successful product execution.
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong partner and problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of product management fundamentals, a sense of end-to-end ownership and be well versed in translating customer needs into strong customer experiences. This is a partner facing role with end users and strong product management skills required to build & manage innovative data products and strategies solving partner needs.
Candidate will be responsible for:
- Build and cultivate strong partnerships and drive adoption and growth of our in-house capabilities delivering high customer satisfaction & usage
- Support test and deploy for all new enhancements and new product development, assuming ownership for user story testing (in Dev, UAT) and Post Implementation Validation in production
- Driving user centric product innovation, including user story and acceptance criteria development & grooming and ability to create user interface mockups
- Agile fluency working closely with Technology to ensure that product release goals are met with high quality and within the accessed timeframe
- Support ad-hoc projects that will include but not limited to process optimization and issue management
- Develop & maintain engaging product materials for users including Operations and Analytical users
- Develop and enhance data products by understanding partner needs, gaining product expertise, gathering and documenting requirements, collecting and analyzing user and product data

Business and Technical Requirements
- 3 years of experience with risk fundamentals in financial institutions (fraud, credit or operational risk management)
- 3 years of experience in product management or at least 3 years of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, business development or software engineering
- Confluence/Jira preferred and familiarity with SAS/SQL
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge required
Education Level
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in a quantitative discipline or business background or equivalent experience
