Global Consumer CCAR Office is responsible for CCAR / DFAST / Quarterly Stress Testing Y-14 Regulatory and Internal Quarterly submissions, management of Governance and Controls, documentation of Independent Risk Review and Challenge activities and managing methodology documentation and Technology enhancements.
This role will be part of CCAR/DFAST/ Stress Test production team and will be supporting management of CCAR/DFAST/ Stress Testing covering Production and Technology Management. Responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
- Manage Global Consumer CCAR/DFAST/ Stress Testing production activities covering calendar management, system readiness for data collection, review and analytics, and submission to downstream and upstream teams.
- Drive various global projects/initiatives in regulatory environment to ensure delivery of timely and accurate external/internal reporting including management of annual budget coordination. Governance responsibilities include evaluating progress and quality, managing risks / issues, and taking corrective action as necessary to meet deadlines. Provide expertise for requirements, design approaches, testing and project management.
- E2E analysis of complex business processes, regulatory / management reporting requirements and come up with requirements for Automation. Provide business requirements to technology teams, coordinate production releases including UAT and manage production support teams SLA. Identifies opportunities for standardization and centralization of 14A processes, sharing best practices and recommending plans for implementation.
- Manage Risk-weighted Asset and Non-accruals reporting covering models execution in systems and related policy compliance, overlays management, FR Y-14 reporting, Business Planning / CECL alignment, Model Risk Management policy compliance, perform analysis and presentation.
- Review reference table and data quality controls managed by shared services team. Ensure maker / check controls, issue log, documentation are executed as per applicable policy / procedure.
- Manage SharePoint for production content, coordinate CCAR workshop and training sessions for first-line teams, review user guide and data collection template instruction/guidelines as per regulatory instructions. Coordinate CCAR workshop, production training, surveys, best practices sessions etc. in partnership with Technology, business, Finance and other key stakeholders.
- Manage extensive coordination needed with technology partners including Development and UAT teams to execute BAU as well as Strategic technology enhancements
- Manage teams to execute production and technology responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- 10 years’ experience in Regulatory (FR Y-14 / Y-9C) Reporting /Policies/Analytics/Governance and Control
- Knowledge of CCAR / Stress testing process and exposure with consumer products/reporting a plus
- Project management experience (BRD, FRD, UAT, Change Management etc.)
- Deep understanding of systems, data attributes, product processor, reference tables, rules, production, UAT etc. a must.
- Technical skills Advance Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, SharePoint, BI tools, Data Analytics etc. Understanding of Agile/Scrum techniques a plus.
- Able to work across levels in risk management and influence key decision makers across various levels and functions within the organization
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Finance / Accounting / Economics or a related field. MBA / Master’s degree preferred
